Inseneribüroo PIKE OÜ was established in 1996. A consultancy and design office, established in 2007, which deals with the design of building structures and the preparation of project expertise.

The team’s experience allows us to design a wide range of load-bearing structures, from cast-in-place and precast reinforced concrete to steel and CLT timber.

We have designed high rise buildings (City Plaza) as well as low rise buildings (private houses in Tabasalu, Kakumäe, Nõmmel), cultural buildings (Jõhvi Concert Hall, Pärnu Concert Hall, Arvo Pärt Centre), office buildings (Lõõtsa tn 5, Lõõtsa tn 8, Lõõtsa tn 12) and public buildings (reconstruction and extension of Tallinn Airport).
